Altius Lifts have supported massively with a poor install we inherited on a scheme in Manchester - Altius supported with LOLER defect remediation and now continue to support with our statutory maintenance requirements and reactive cover.
The team are easy to work with, fast responding and professional - everything we need in a service provider.
Excellent service and very quick response time. we had an issues with our lift and our service provider couldn't fix it without spending £10000+ Scott came out and diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes then came back with the replacement parts and now it's up and running again for a much smaller sum. I can not recommended these guys enough, they are now our new service provider.
